No smoking anywhere on the property

No parties or events

No pets

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shoes must be removed indoors

Registered guests only
Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Payments

50% deposit required at time of booking

Remaining balance automatically charged 5 days before arrival

$300 security deposit held 2 days before arrival and released after departure if no issues
Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival

No refunds within 5 days of arrival

No-shows are charged 100% of the booking total
Cleaning & Damages

A cleaning fee applies to all bookings

Excessive cleaning, stains, missing items, or damage will be charged against the security deposit
Taxes

Applicable GST and City Tourism Tax are added at checkout as required by law
