Any and all complaints of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and dealt with immediately and swiftly -No smoking or vaping on the property; please go out to the main road if you wish to smoke. -Please treat our home as you would the home of a friend -No unauthorized guests/ visitors are allowed during your stay at any time -Remove your shoes at the entrance and store them in the shoe rack in the entrance closet -Place recyclables in appropriate container as labeled -Please keep indoor and outdoor common areas clean -Clean all dishes, utensil, and cookware after each use

Our central downtown location is very convenient as most of your needs are well within walking distance. There is also a bus system; the schedule can be found on the Yellowknife city website. Parking downtown is meter only; however you can visit the Parking Enforcement Office in City Hall (right across the street from us) and request a 3 day visitors pass that is good for literally any meter. I do have one off street parking spot available that is rented out for $50/day. Major tour operators downtown are well within walking distance. Due to our proximity, many of them will also pick you up right in front of the house even if they don't offer a shuttle service...ask them!
